On August 11, 2018, I purchased a Hydroflask cup from Flaskcups.com for $39.98. I received an email stating "Hydro Flask Bottles Online Store - Order ***" and a message that my order had been received, quoting shipping to be 6-15 business days. On September 5, 2018, I reached out to the e-mail provided to follow up on my order. I did not receive a reply. The next day, I submitted an order inquiry from the Flaskcups.com site. I received an e-mail later that day, only providing me with the link: ***. It only states completed, and despite my follow up emails on September 11 and October 10, I've received no answer.

I placed an order on August 6th. I recieved a confirmation email, and was told 6 to 10 business days the order would arrive. I paid in full. I have sent several emails inquiring about the status, and requesting any communication about the almost $60 order. There is literally zero customer service, I was never able to find a phone number?

I would just like my order, and some kind of communication. This was a gift. At the very least, I would like my money back. Thank you
