I ordered a McKinley Cappuccino Spanish Merino Shearling Sheepskin Coat in size 2XL. Unbeknownst to me, the item shipped directly from China, took eight weeks to arrive, and was size medium. The merchant refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label and insisted I return the item to China at my expense.
