I ordered from this company on April 23rd, 2020. I immediately was notified (from a friend) that this shop was a scam. I emailed their customer service and asked for my order to be cancelled, they refused. I explained to them that I would be moving in X days and so depending on when it would be shipped out, I would need it to go to either address A or address B. They did not respond. I emailed again, no response. I messaged them on Instagram, they said okay, not a problem. I messaged them a few days later to confirm, no response (but message was read). I messaged again, no response. Emailed, no response. Messaged again, no response. I got a tracking number from them on April 27th, I click on the tracking number and it is coming from China (they advertised that everything was made in America). The tracking number also indicates the USPS is waiting for the package from the company. It is now May 26th, I have messaged them countless times with no response, they have refused to refund my money, have deleted my reviews from their Instagram and website sharing my experience, have lied to their customers stating that their products are made in America, and ignore all attempts at a resolution. I have still not received any type of product or refund from them.
