Will tell you the items has been lost during transpo and promise to reimburse the item. waiting for two months now I still didnt get my money

I went on this website thinking it was the name brand and there book bags were on sale so I bought one, put in my card information and everything. It has been a month so I was trying to figure out why my package isn’t here.. they had a contact us part but nothing was going through. I decided to google there brand and add context at the end then I found away to contact what I didn’t know at the time to be the actual store and message them and they basically told me they have no information about my order and that I was scammed and need to call my bank. I have not received a package and have no way of contacting the website

The website is advertising Fjallraven products and selling them at 50% off. The company has said that these are counterfeit. Unfortunately, I ordered one and have been emailing back and forth with someone by the name Wigal Morgan at the email address provided above. He continues to say that my order has been shipped but it's been 20 days and the carriers (DHL and USPS) have still not received it. They are very rude when emailed and keep providing excuses as to why the order has not shipped. I have asked several times for them to refund me and they will not. I see several posts on social media (Instagram and Facebook) from customers who have ordered and have never recieved the merchandise. This website needs to be shut down because they are misleading customers who try to be loyal to the brand and expect the real product.
