I was offered a free fitness tracker "smart bracelet" for filling out a survey about my Pfizer vaccine experience. It said all I had to pay was $6.95 postage and handling. I am a senior citizen, and since this was health-related, I fell for it, thinking it was legitimate. They got my Discover cc #, and now are trying to charge me $39 a month for technology access, billing me as a company called "Fizzle." The directions were mostly in Japanese but I figured out to download an app to my i phone called Yolo Sports. I am working with Discover to stop them. I did call and talked to someone about the fact that the watch did not even charge properly with a USB, so it never came on. I wanted to send it back, but the man said No, I couldn't send it back, and I cannot get the first $39 back because I didn't cancel it in time. So now, I have canceled future charges, and Discover has canceled my card and is issuing me a new one.
