So I purchased an electric scooter all terrain prices were low but thought it was a bulk deal price 500$ On other sites and they had them for 98.99$ so I ordered it ….. never came but they had a tracking number that states it came to me had to contact PayPal they first favored them cause it claims it was delivered to me but then contact the post office and it confirmed that it was shipped to a different person and address so PayPal is going to reopen the case and it’ll go in mine when ever it does almost 2 months later but still I feel good about getting my money back (PayPal did offer me the refund but I didn’t feel right to take it as it was offered outta pity) I deserve it cause I now proved it wasn’t delivered feels good being honest
