They advertised a big sale on a Yankee Flipper bird feeder that I was searching for as a gift. The pictures were all the same and they carried the name brand so I thought it was legit. I didn't realize it was coming from China when I placed the order. A week later, I emailed to ask where my order was because it was taking longer than I expected. It was delivered a few weeks after it was ordered and it was clearly not the product that was advertised. It was much smaller and was not made as well. I asked for a refund and they said I could pay to send it back to China for a refund, or they could offer me 20% off my next order!
