Somehow they came up, after I put in computer help. A rep called my cell and it begun. Then I went to his site, where he took over my p.c. Went directly into my amazon account, & added membership fee to one card. Then purchase amazon gift card with my checking account. Would not give me back control, after repeated attempts to tell him stop. I had to shut down system and phone, before I was pennyless. He was a pro at hacking,their phone in Cali no longer works.
