I purchased 2 products from Fixitbrog.com on 5/Mar 2021 using PayPal for the payment transaction. Because I didn't receive any confirmation emails or notification on shipment, I accessed my order to find when my items were going to be delivered. There were two transactions listed for the same amount but with different transaction numbers on the same day. The first transaction showed 'payment success' which unfortunately I had initiated but the second which I had not initiated or authorized was shown as 'Processing'.

When navigating to the 'Contact Us' tab to contact the merchant, the email was an image to '[email protected]' with a broken link and the social media links don't go to any company presence.

The Seller is listed on PayPal as ALL CITY TECH SERVICE INC in CA and the Recipient email on the PayPal transaction was [email protected]

I had sent an email to [email protected] canceling the order and requesting a refund since the items had not been shipped. I have not heard back from [email protected] or received a refund.

When checking the seller information today for the transaction on my PayPal account, the Seller information/email has now changed to [email protected].

A simple search for 'Fixitbrog.com reviews' on Google shows the site as fraudulent multiple times.
