Online, there was an ad for a product to be used with a vehicle. In the ad, they advertised discounts based on how many you buy. I ordered 3 for myself, my sister, and my sister's significant other. So the price was $39 each. When I got my order confirmation via email, it showed that my order was for 2 items at the wrong discount price. I immediately emailed their customer support and asked them: "How can I correct my order and still get the discounted price?" A couple of hours later (2:21am), I received a response from "Brian @ Fixed". He wanted me to confirm that I wanted to add one more item @ $59. At 2:42am (20 minutes later), I responded with the fact that I wanted the discount price they advertised, and if I couldn't get the discounted price that they advertised, I wanted to cancel the order. Twenty-two hours later, Brian responded by insinuating that I didn't go to the proper link to get the discount (which can't be true because my order reflected a discount for 2 items), my order had been shipped so they couldn't cancel it, and "We'd like to extend a 15% off discount if you keep your order with us". A few hours later, I wrote him back and declined his "offer", told him I thought this was a scheme he has rigged up so when someone orders 3 items, it's recognized by the computer as 2 items and so forth. By the way, I also purchased a lifetime warranty for $10. So I just told him I wanted a return label to send the items back when I received them. Two days later, he says that all I have to do is go to their website and request a return label and it would be shipped to me. When I did go to his website, I clicked on "request a return label", I get a message that "we're not accepting refund requests at this time." even though they also ADVERTISE a 30-day money-back GUARANTEE. So the next day I wrote him back, telling him that I was on to him and his scam and that I think his system is set up that way and nobody reports him. Eventually he emailed a return label but I don't have a printer, so eventually he actually sent me a return label in the mail. He also informed me that the $10 lifetime warranty is NOT refundable. This all happened in mid/late April 2020. I was moving into an apartment the 1st of May so I didn't send it immediately upon receipt of the return label but I sent it within the next month. I haven't received a refund as promised and this is at least 5 months later.
