Received alert that computer was compramized. They took control of my computer to fix. Identified himself as Oliver John MCP 241041. Stayed it it my IP address which is compromised not my laptop, however when I refused to pay the 399.00 for their cyber security to fix it he shut my computer down, was sarcastic and threatening when I stated I was calling BBB first before I did anything else. I will be calling my bank and credit card company to alert. However I do not know how to get my computer back online...
