Fitzoo scammer

I noticed a charged which my credit card company detected as fraud. The name was TrandGoodieStore when i called the associated number listed in the transaction a customer service rep answered and said i needed to provide my name and some info so they can identify what company charged my card as they are only the CS operate in that capacity for different companies. After they looked into everything, they came back and said the charge was from Fitzoo. I dont have an android phone and therefore i dont use this app (researched what Fitzoo was). I dont even know how on earth they got access to my apple card info. This company is a damn scam.

Opened my Acorn app and discovered a unauthorized charge of $39.99 was pending. Called #844-405-2050, spoke to a Joe. He offered to refund me $10 and I reminded him this was an unauthorized and it was theft, I asked for a supervisor and was refused. He then offered to refund half and I said no I said it is on unauthorized and I never received this downloaded a FitZoo app, he then offered to give me 75% back which I refused again and demanded a full refund and reminded him this is theft. Again asking for a supervisor and confirmation number to follow this complaint and was told that an email will be sent to me but cannot give me a confirmation number to after the email was sent which meant after we hung up. I suggested if he has any integrity he should find a better job. Eventually he hung up on me when I assisted get my full refund which now I’m told would be 7 to 10 days. So further investigation this came from an apple cider vinegar gummy supplement for now on I’ll just stick with the real thing Braggs apple cider vinegar is wonderful. I read some of the other reviews with different charges to their accounts as well. Always check your accounts for un authorize charges and subscriptions.

I was Sent me a text message saying I’m a valued customer of Verizon….I don’t use that carrier….
then it goes into a “survey” and then you pay 5.95 shipping and handling for a watch that’s (definitely not valuable like a fit bit would be) worth 499.00. Lol yeah right!
Don’t fall for this [censored] people!
Fitzoo is an app you get for free for 2 months supposedly with the watch. I’m sure it will never get sent and you’ll get charged hundreds of dollars!

I NEVER ordered ANYTHING from this company yet I got an email saying that if I do not cancel my subscription I will be charged $120.00 a month! They need to be investigated for money fraud! This is a scam and I have called them to tell them that I did not order ANYTHING from them!

I found out today that this company is charging credit cards for an app that has never been used. I called the telephone # that was on my credit card it showed a number the exact thing was 1-844-407-1003rizedepard.
they claim the app is $119.00 but we were never told that . it was a survey he completed was told he was getting DeWalt drill after completing the survey. for 5.95 shipping. which my credit card was charged twice for $5.95 he got the watch and ear buds. not the drill

I just got 2 charges from this place on my card. They are not even getting shipped to me. I called and had my card blocked due to fraudulent activity. Is my money safe now? Like can they charge me again since I blocked the card?

I took a survey charged a shipping fee of 3.95 dollars they keep hounding me through email. supposedly it is through Walmart and UPS. they keep asking for personal info. over and over. I keep saying opt-out. They are relentless. I have called my bank and another charge for the same amount has gone through. What else am I suppose to do Alice Reed yes they have all my information...

Didn't order whatever they are trying to sell yet they emailed me with an address that I sometimes use. But they failed in the most important area
of billing. If I don't respond w/in 24 hours of email they will charge me $119.99. Hilarious I let the Federal Trade Commission know about this scam since they have a special website to report this very kind of thing which is : ReportFraud.ftc-gov, So everyone please report your scam to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

Same thing happened to me. Was out all day yesterday when Fitzoo said I requested their product (whatever that is?) Contacted my credit card company to make them aware of this scam. ALSO FOR YOUR INFORMATION; FTC (Federal Trade Commission) launched a new website designed to make it easier for people to report potential frauds to federal authorities and get quick advise on what to do. The new site, at ReportFraud.ftc-gov. Then prompts those reporting fraud to the "next steps" that offers guidance based on the kind of scam reported - which helps to protect your community from frauds and bad business practices. Hope this helps!

I saw that they were thanking me for
my order.i did not order anything.they had all my info and were charging my debit card.i order from a few places.which has auto fill with all my onfo.i guess that's how they got it.but it says after trial period they will charge my debit account $199.00 unless i call and cancel.i called said leave name and number and they will call you.then i found this report. Please help!

This is a scam. They fraudulently mail you gummies and Apple Cider Vinegar capsules and then charge your credit card $24.99, one week later $24.99 and then $119.00 and $109.00.

Capital One was FABULOUS. They called up the merchant line and got a credit for me. The credit started at 25% and then moved to 50% and then to 80%. I believe if I would have help out, they would have credited 100% but I ran out of time.

Have your bank or credit card call and help you.

Never heard of this place until I got an email from them, but they had all of my address information, email, credit card, and even my cell phone number. I never ordered anything from them so be aware I think they are a scam, pretty sure they are cancelled what ever they are selling.
