I purchased a scale from Fittrack last September 16th 2021. I’ve still not received it. I’d been emailing back & forth with each reply pushing back the delivery date. I emailed them last Wednesday (3/16/22) & have yet to receive a response. They kept citing the problem as “supply chain” issues which, in this current global fiasco was understandable. But 6 months? About a week ago, I noticed the same scale on Amazon for far less & delivery promised within 7 days! At that point, I knew I’d been duped. I immediately emailed them to ask about the Amazon ad & that’s when they cut off communication. Now I’m out $74.62.
