I ordered a fitness watch on 11/19/2020. I received a confirmation almost immediately. The message in the confirmation was that it would take 3 to 5 days to ship and I would receive an alert telling me when it was on it's way. The message also stated that with the COVID-19 crisis, the shipment might be delayed. I have contacted them through email twice and received a "Thank you for your order" message each time and that I would be notified.

I ordered a smart watch from this company in November 2020 expecting it for Christmas when it got closer to Christmas I called them and I got an automated response I emailed them several times each time I got the same automated email in return then I started getting emails saying your company was in trouble please don’t contact the bank regarding my payment then they asked for a donation of $100 so they could refund me my $63 now I can’t find their website They seem to have disappeared how do I get my money back and what can be done about these people

I ordered a wife for my wife in November for Xmas. The amount was 59.99

Now it is 1/22/2021 and I have not received item and they charged my credit card right away and now their website is no longer in existence and their email does not work. They have gone silent. I have lost my money on my credit card and no item and no way to get refunded, including my CC company.

I had ordered a FitTech watch the first of October 2020. I had sent several e-mails to cancel the order but was told it could not be canceled because it was being process. The watch finally arrived in December 2020. Now I have gotten an e-mail stating the company is closing because of issues with the Chinese supplier and the demands for refunds. They are now requesting money to refund customer claims.

The e-mail is attached. This is the second e-mail that I have gotten in two days.

I had gotten a notice from my bank about possible fraudulent charge from SMALLPDF, I suspect this may have been related to FitTech. I have since canceled that card.

I ordered a watch for my wife for Xmas from this business on December 8th. The day I ordered it and I got my order number of course I looked up my order I placed to make sure it went through. I put the order number in and there was my order MITCH64821 watch. On December 10th they sent me a email with a tracking number. So a few days later I went to check the tracking and it said it still was being processed to be shipped. So about a week went by and I checked the tracking number again. Still said the same thing. I decided to email them and they emailed back a automated email with a link and my tracking number. I clicked on the link and still said the same thing. I emailed them immediately right back and the next day they emailed me back the exact same email they sent the first time. I gave it a few days and I decided to go on the website again and look up my order again using the order number but now it says there is no order found. At this time I have had it and I emailed them AGAIN and told them I was disputing the charge if no one contacts me back. No one contacted me. I called the number they provided and automated machine answers and says they are not taking calls right now because they are busy getting orders out due to covid and if you need to talk to customer service you can email them or on their website they have online chat. I tried to do the online chat and like other online chat they answer you right back or few minutes later. FITTECH never answered my online text to them. I sat there with my phone for 30 minutes waiting for a response. So the online chat says you can put your email down and when the first available customer service agent is available they will email me back or respond to the online chat text. NOTHING, NO EMAIL NO ONLINE CHAT RESPONSE. Now it’s been almost 40 days and still nothing. I disputed the charge with my bank and I didn’t dispute it online with my bank. I went to my bank and showed them every email that was sent and received. I emailed them and let them know that I disputed the charge just to see if that would get them to respond and still nothing. They say orders may arrive a little late due to covid restrictions with overseas orders but a lot of my orders I made for Christmas was from UK, Canada and China. They also said the same thing but I received every order I made with those company’s. I just ordered from the UK 2 weeks ago and my package was delivered today. So that covid excuse is bs. Before I got on here I tracked the package one last time today and screen shot what it says still. I also went on there website and wrote 2 reviews on the watch I ordered and they won’t post my reviews. Last one posted was In august and I looked at all the reviews and I have NEVER seen a business not have at least one or two bad reviews and this business just the reviews for that watch there are over 200 reviews and not ONE BAD REVIEW. Which has me thinking since they won’t post my reviews that they are probably reviews from people who aren’t actually customers who bought a watch from them. I hope this website is shutdown before anyone else gets scammed.

I ordered a watch 11/23 and it’s 12/24 and haven’t heard anything regarding my package. I requested a refund a week ago and they have yet to respond back to me , they stopped answering my emails completely. Based on previous review this seem to be a repeat pattern with this company. I’m reporting them as a fraudulent company and warn others DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!

Ordered a smart watch from an add on Facebook. Got an order number and they got their money on nov 8th..used a debit card. No communication after that. Won't answer phone not able to comment on add won't. Answer e-mail. Still advertising on Facebook.

Ordered a watch over two months ago over 74 dollars have not received it. Order number 57977 . My payment cleared a log time ago. They will not answer the phone or my emails. I email them everyday. I want my watch. Can you help?

I ordered and my bank account was debited $45 on October 10, 2020 for a watch that I have not received. I have corresponded with this merchant 14 times via email since October 16th. After several emails back and forth with Ms. Serlyn and Ms. Lalaine I received a response from Gio T. a supervisor telling me "This email is also to inform you that I have personally contacted our Fulfillment Department with regards to the whereabouts of your order including your tracking number. I will provide you an update as soon as I receive a word from them. We would like to offer an immediate 10% refund to your account to make up for the inconvenience," I never heard from any of them again. I have sent emails requesting a refund and I have not received a response back. The BBC complaints indicate that this is thier modus operandi.
