Purchased an item from their website. They provided a tracking number that originated in China and was delivered 17 days later to a PO Box in Puerto Rico. The website listed their address in Tennessee and my shipping address is in Florida. The phone number listed on the website does not work and no response to emails. The item ordered weighs approximately 95 pounds. I do not think that the actual item purchased was ever shipped.

I searched via Google for a halloween 12ft skeleton to order online. Fitshead came up with “free shipping” and also “in stock”. I ordered it to be shipped, put in my credit card info and mailing/billing addresses, but I never received an email confirmation with details stating the order went through. I tried calling the number, but would only get a busy signal. I tried emailing the company but never heard anything back.

Paid online for product -was promised a tracking number after payment. Phone number constantly busy - emailed to verify... no notification of any possible tracking with no response. Paid item never received over a month of attempted contact.
