I purchased a smart watch from their website on September 30th, 2020 for 34.95. I paid using my nor.al debit/credit card and have the bank statement to show the funds were released to fitrworld.com. I was supposed to recieve the watch in 4-9 business day and still have not received it. Today is October 28th, 2020. I have written them via all available methods which are email, facebook and their messenger system within their website. I have not recieved a response to my several attempts to get in contact with them. They have not responded to any refund request either. I am out the 34.95 and will now have to close my bank account to protect myself against these scammers.
