They offer a skin product sample "free" and you pay for the postage, $6.95. However, they included a second bottle in the small package and I was charged $6.95 X 2. When I tried to call and cancel any further products, they do not answer their phone. Now I read where they are sending monthly items and charging a large amount to the credit card. I want nothing further to do with this company. It is pure and simple a scam. I received Soyeux cream, 0.5 oz and Soyeux Phyto-ceramide, eye serum solution.

This company sends you a sample product initially charging only frieight of 4.00 noting you will receive a sample. You do not receive any other info however the find print is if you don't call to cancel the order within 30 days you are billed 89.95 for this counterfeit product. It is sold as Ellen DeGeneres backed product. It is a scam and the company hires a collection company to intimidate the victims. I have a phone number to call for this agency: 844-860-0904
