I came upon an ad on ******** for The World's First Portable Workstation which showed pictures and video of a nice wooden collapsible laptop stand for working in bed (4/7). After a month of hearing nothing and seeing no movement on my shipment tracking, I contacted the seller ([email protected]) to ask for an update (5/4), to which they responded four days later (5/8) with the same tracking information and no updates. 17 days later with no change, I contacted them again with the same concern (5/25). They did not respond for an additional 16 days (6/10), at which point they said it had shipped on 6/8. On 6/12 I received a package with a cheap plastic laptop stand, nothing at all like what I had paid for. I emailed the seller again today (6/21), this time including a new email address in the package (***********************), notifying them I was returning the package to the address listed on the exterior (Online Seller, **** ****** *** ******* ** *****) and expect a full refund in the next 10 days, after which I will reverse the charges through PayPal myself. I have not yet been refunded.
