NO SCALE - NO REFUND - TONS OF EXCUSES

If i could give it less than 1 I would. Like the other's i purchased this through a payment app called afterpay. I never received it, filled a bbb report and will file another for afterpay too. Same excuses given as everyone and to make matters worse, i received an email with a 20% discount. Dara On sale from fittrack. They are still in business.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a Dara Scale 10/11/2021 and was give a delivery date 12/07/2021. A day or so after my initial delivery date I received an email stating that my delivery day would be pushed back a max of 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks came and went and I contacted the company and canceled the order and requested a refund. They tried to talk me out of canceling my order and I had to be firm and ask that my order was canceled and I receive a FULL refund. They then told me the card that used to make the purchase was expired and they could only refund me by PayPal, I gave the my information to process my refund by PayPal and was told refunds take 5 to 7 days. Well, I have yet to received my refund and they continue to tell me they are processing my refund and waiting to hear back with an update. I have now contacted my banking institution and the authorities to look into this company. This company has NO proper contact information posted on the site and no address. Please be aware and avoid the issues that I am dealing with.
