I ordered a fittech fitness watch early December 2020. The product never came. It was 50.00 charged to my credit card. I never received the product and when I tried to request a refund I discovered their website nolonger exists.

On December 16, 2020 I have purchased two Fit Tech watch as a late Christmas gift for total of $117 with discount. Item never arrived. They gave an impression that they are based in US and find out that it was being shipped from China. Even with international shipping time Items still never came. I wrote to them on multiple occasions but received few reply. Towards the end someone with "founder" title wrote me an email claiming they had trust/fraud issue within their company. I replied immediately asking for a refund and day after they wrote me asking for donations. They said this will help their business help the customer.

Company should be investigated and closed from scamming more people.

Please do not purchase from this place unless your looking to just throw your money away.

I have purchased two watches from fit tech. I was informed "3-5 days for order processing"," All orders arrive in 6-10 working days from time of shipment, regardless of location." A month passes by and no delivery but an email from founder that company has trust/fraud issue within. They also informed if I wanted refund to reply to them directly. I have requested refund and got a reply asking for donation so they could pay their customers looking for a refund.

One of the quote from the email: "If 1000 people are able to donate $100 (though at this point we'll take anything) we can fulfill our responsibilities to our customers, and close our business. ”

They take my money and never delivers but sdk more money. Even today I was sent offers on more products.

Without even resolving the money they took from me with none delivery, they ask me for money and to purchase more stuff?

How is this company not stopped from scamming everyone? I have seen so many sites where people have posted they got scammed from them.

Bottom line: I just won't my money back and hope that this company stop scamming innocent people.

Ordered a fit tech watch for Christmas. Never received. Reached by email 3 times. They said Its been lost in transit then the company has closed now emailing me wanting me and others to donate 100$ to them to pay customers back who didn’t receive merchandise. I have all emails saved.

Ordered a Fit Watch on 10.26.2020 for $69.99 and have not received information if item was ever shipped or not. I received a Confirmation email that my order was received and paid for within 30 minutes of order. Ive called and emailed them over 20 times to get update information, but no response. The customer support phone number has a pre-recording that to get help use their email because they are busy with orders. There chat site appears on certain days but never works. As of today, 12.02.2020 Ive heard nothing from them!! All I want is a Total Refund and for this company to be CLOSED DOWN immediately forever!!
