I am a rock climbing gym (Method Climbing) owner located in Newark, NJ. In 2020, I placed an order for used cardio gym equipment with fit 4 less usa. Initially, I called the number and got in contact with a man by the name of David (310-491-5465). I purchased $15,000 worth of used cardio equipment. Covid Hit and I delayed the shipment. They told me it was stored and waiting for me. When I finally tried to get the equipment, they stopped taking my calls and emails. I even had my lawyers from NJ send them a certified mail in Jan 2021 but it came back as "unable to forward" Since, then, I had not been able to reach anyone from fit 4 less and all my emails are ignored. There is nothing I can do at this point because they are in Los Angeles, CA and I'm in NJ. I don't even know if that address exists. I decided to let go of the situation and come to terms of losing 15k but I'm hoping that by reporting this, this company can't do this to anyone else.

Keep saying that they'll ship out the equipment but never do, say they'll give you a refund but never do. Now they're fighting my credit card company, I'm just so glad I didn't use a debit card.
