We received an order placed by this company in late February and were hesitant since it was a costly order. The phone number and email addressed matched that on their website, and after corresponding with the owner via phone and email, we decided to go ahead and ship the order. We assumed they were legitimate. They sent FedEx labels overnight and they shipped it to Dallas TX (which we learned after the product was shipped). Not even in NC as this site claims. Now, in early April, they are pursuing a chargeback. We thought maybe they forgot they placed the order with us but no, they are claiming they never did, even after we sent them screenshots of their correspondence with us. We're now losing $1500.
