My significant other had been looking at a specific brand of fishing reels for quite some time. An ad popped up for this company, which just so happened to have the EXACT fishing reel he wanted as a deeply discounted price. He completed the purchase, and received the email confirmation attached in the screenshot below— but received no shipping information, even though it is supposedly due to be delivered tomorrow (12/23). Also, in looking at the “confirmation email” it is very strange no taxes were paid.

I made two orders on November 11, 2020. One was for $119.98, the other was for $139.00. I have made 4 requests for order status. I have yet to receive a reply. They took my money, and have not sent me my product, or even an email. I not only find this a scam, but Facebook should be ashamed! They block all the people making bad comments about this company. If I would have been able to read some of the comments, I would not have fallen for this scam. How much is this company paying Facebook?

Ordered a reel on 10/29/20, order #153285 and my credit card was charged immediately. I have yet to receive the order or any tracking information. Multiple attempts to contact the company has resulted in absolutely no response. If I don't hear from them by 12/11/20, I plan to file a fraud complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office. Since was an online order, I also plan to complain to the FBI about a possible interstate wire fraud investigation.

I bougth a fishing reel, and after more than 1 month I´ve not received any tracking number. I read a lot of complaints about this company, people with the same issues, the company is not responding or when you place a claim, after few day, they delete all the order related information they sent at the moment of the purchasing process, not being able to track your items or your order anymore.

order #154470 purchased two reels on 11/7/2020 with promised receipt on 11/11/2020 needless to say I have not received them. was screwed over by this website in May and had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Only reason I ordered again was because I was lead to believe I was ordering from fishing tackle warehouse once I received the conformation email I realized I was scammed.

The business seems legit and secure. However, there is no one to contact for customer service. There is no phone number and all the emails are fake. Don't waste your money trying to find a good deal. Just buy from Bass Pro or other well known companies.

Apparently this site has been shut down numerous times, and they keep opening new pages.

I ordered a $48 rod/reel combo, and they sent me a $3 bag of lures. By the time I attempted to contact them, their page had been shut down.

Ordered May 4, 2020. 2 Abu reels. June 18 and still no reels no communication, no response no tracking no anything. These people are thieves and liars and should be admonished IN court with jail time for fraud, theft and taking advantage of seniors!

They are located in Florida contact the Florida attorney general. They actually have power to shut businesses down. BBB is just a review site with literally no power.

The company called me after I submitted a complaint and said sorry package must have gotten lost in shipping (lies) and finally shipped my order. Your other option is to do a credit card charge back which will hit them with a fee. Be sure you documented all your attempts to contact for a refund.

This website was advertised on Facebook. They advertise items on sale for a great price. The ad I was taken in on was for Abu Garcia reels. I ordered 3 reels along with three other items advertised as buy any item and get one free. The free items were shipped and received in a timely manner (nothing but junk). It has been well over a month that i was charged but still no reels. After several attempts to collect my merchandise I finally received a text message showing where they had created a shipping label but the merchandise has never been shipped

I ordered from this company in 2019 with no issues, now after ordering 6 items in April of 2020 they are still pending shipment a month later and cannot contact anyone for the life of me. I have emailed, posted on their Facebook page, and messaged them with no response in a month. If you decide to order just know there's a 50/50 chance or worse of actually getting what you paid for.
