Private Facebook account selling puppies Contacted "breeder" and stated cost of dog and shipping = $800.00. Contacted Admin of private group and said "breeder" was legit. Paid "breeder" through zelle. Scheduled delivery of puppy. First Rate Carriers contacted me regarding insurance needed and special crate for transport. Spoke with employee of First Rate Carriers. Supposed employee continued to text and call to get additional 1600 for transportation. Continued communication seemed that breeder, admin and transportation company were same person.
