Me and my step brother ordered a bicycle engine and got face mask and they never got back with us. We was waiting weeks for it and try to make an complaint but they won’t take the complaint

[email protected] is a scam. I ordered a loft bed But I recived masks I have been patient and been waiting for her bed for almost 5 months. They keep saying that I was getting my refund to wait for it to be processed. They send the same response over and over again. I lost $64.00. That was supposed to be a loft bed for my child That was supposed to get a bed.

I ordered a bunk bed, What I got was a small pack of face mask. They kept telling me to wait for my refund which I did for three months and never receive it. Beware of this Chinese Company. It's a scam.

I ordered a bicycle engine around the month of June and been contacting the "firstmysight" by their contact number and also emailing them, and to find out my order was delivered not to mention a bicycle engine DOES NOT come in a small package. Instead of receiving my correct item that I ordered Ive received 2 packs of mask from them

I ORDERED BUNKBEDS FOR MY GRANDSONS ONLINE FROM [email protected] .I KEPT IN TOUCH WITH THEM FREQUENTLY FOR UPDATES ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE BUNKBEDS I ORDERED. FINALLY AFTER ABOUT A MONTH OR TWO, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY WERE DELIVERED. WHICH, THEY WERE NOT. THEN, RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL STATING PERHAPS SOMEONE SIGNED FOR THEM, EVEN A NEIGHBOR MAY HAVE SIGNED FOR THEM....... THAT WAS FALSE AS WELL. TOLD ME TO CONTACT POST OFFICE. I CONTACTED POST OFFICE AND WAS TOLD ONLY A SMALL PACKAGE WAS THERE TO PICK UP. I KNOW FOR A FACT BUNKBEDS DO NOT SHIP IN A SMALL PACKAGE. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED LIKE NO OTHER.....FOR HEAVENS SAKE, DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS WEBSITE. TOOK MY MONEY, LEFT MY GRANDSONS WITH NO BEDS AND TOTALLY MADE ME FURIOUS. I PRAY THIS COMPANY GETS INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. I HOPE THIS DO NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. I DONT HAVE MONEY TO JUST BASICALLY THROW AWAY TO SOME LOW LIFE SCAMMING COMPANY. SPREAD THE WORD...... DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE.... I WISH I HAD WITH THIS "COMPANY".
