My Fiance and I found a used car on Offer Up; an online selling website. We contaced William Ashley Marquez, the gentleman who posted the add to inquire about his 2008 Nissan Altima and to arrange a time and place to take a look at and test drive his car. William said he was busy or out of town and wouldn't be able to show it to us, but the vehicle was at his buddies shop and we could look at anytime and texted us the address. When we arrived to the destination and were surprised to see a small car dealership. We took the car for a test drive and then called William to inquire and get more details. My fiance also let him know we have fifteen hundred dollars cash on us right now and his parants are sending us the other fifteen hundered the next day. William agreed to let us take the car that day and we signed something stating we would pay him the other half in one week. The car ends up overheating so we contacted Will and let him know that we don't want to buy this car from
