I went on Indeed.com to apply for a non-cdl driving position. After filling out the application, about a day later I received an email from someone name Marisha. She sent a link in the email and said to choose a day and time for a 20 minute interview. I did that and received a confirmation email with a link to fill out tax credit info which includes putting my social security number and a job code given in the email. Then I received a text saying to choose a date and time. I emailed Marisha and said I already did, but if you can speak after 2:45, I can meet these days. I never received a response. So a week passed and Tuesday, 11/17, came. I did not receive a call at 9am and received an email saying they attempted to call me several times and were unable to connect so my application was withdrawn. Then I called the number listed in the email several times and left two message and spoke with two people. No one called me back until I sendlt an email saying I was going to report them to the BBB. The lady I spoke with was named Kelly Reed. She still didn't seem convincing and said the same thing happened to her where she was part of a scam on another job. She also said the lady hadn't contacted me because she's been busy. So I still think it's a scam.
