I went to this store a couple times and I thought it weird that they used state tax to tax customer for buying their own personal property and I believe the state or virginia isn't aware of what this business is doing as well as the customers. I noticed that their credit card machine charges the customer a hidden free I mean they did it to me and when I asked why didn't they warn me and other customer about the hidden fee for card usage they stated their was nothing they could do and they refused to let customers know about hidden charge or refund me my money. I believe this company is robbing the customers and is doing it secretly. This company needs to be audited.

BBB Note: Please contact the Virginia Sales Tax Department and also the Virginia Consumer Affairs Office which is a division of the Virginia Attorney Generals office and file a complaint with both government agencies.
