Called every family member

They called scaring my 18 year old son and my mother looking for me, threatening that someone was going to come to our house and bring me to court. I work in law and kind of found their tactics somewhat funny but it isn't funny to scare my family. They are very aggressive.

Payday loan scam

I received a call from a Michael Stone from First Source Mediation stating that I had a debt from 2013 that I owed and they received it in 2015 and of course they were taking me to court and they were gonna garnish my wages and when I questioned him in regards to having the last 4 digits of my social security number and an old address with the wrong name I advised 1st you didn't read fair debt collector statement which I know about plus it's not reported on my credit bureau when I also looked up online to see if I had to open judgment case I did not the man was very rude with me and told me I wish you'd better luck to hung up

First Source Mediation SCAM!

My husband received a message for me and out of curiosity I called them back and then looked up the business. Knew it was a scam right from the get-go. I called them to play the game and they sure enough had the last four digits of my social security number and my banking account number. When I questioned the person who was talking to me about this being a scam he immediately started screaming at me telling me that I needed to pay my bills and they would see me in court. However they also call me by my nickname not by my legal name. I will be calling these people back on a daily basis just to argue with them until they block my phone number completely. They want to have fun with me I will have fun on their expense.

I Received a call today from Celeste (first Source mediation) She Identified her self as the "legal assistant" who will be sending my file over to the state attorneys office due to me not paying a outstanding Balance from a over draft fee in 2006 in behalf of a bank America checking Account. Celeste has the last 4 of my social! However when I advised her that I never banked with "B.O.A" Celeste couldn't even provide an account number, or anything to provide evidence of me having a account. I Then requested her to provide me of the information, or send something by certified mail.Celeste then stated I will receive a call from the clerk of Court in regards to a court date for this allegation. These People are a "FRAUD" It really is a shame how they sit and constantly harass people. I receive so many unnecessary calls daily. On Behalf of everyone on this Post I would like to ask "F.S.M" To Please Find Someone else's Life to Ruin. We The People will Not be agreeing to Pay these false debts. Life has to be very tuff when you spend your days lying and harassing Innocent People. God Bless 🤣😁

Mr. Steven West First Source Mediation

I just got a call form Mr. Steven West as well telling me that I owe $929 from a payday loan that I did not pay back in 2012. I'm like I don't even have an account with BB&T, haven't since I lived in GA and why the hell does he have my social! I called the county to see if they have a civil suit against me, of course they dont! This person has called me well over 5-6 times a day. No email, no written documents from an attorney, nothing,he hung up in my face and I called back. Then the number he called me from wrung to another number. the first number was 470-625-1941 the other number was 941-254-6765.

First Source Mediations.
Guy calls. Doesn't say his name, just where he is calling from...then states his company was hired by whatever cash loan place and that I owe money to them. So I want to "resolve the debt voluntarily" or go to court.
I ask him what company? How much was the loan? When was it taken out?
He tells me some weird info and gives a routing number for some bank I have never heard of and then proceeds to tell me if I don't pay I will have to go before a judge and pay it and then dispute it
It will take 5 years to process my dispute BUT I WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY THR FULL AMOUNT WHEN I STAND BEFOTE A JUDGE BECAUSE IT IS "THEFT BY DECEPTION" HA! YOUR THE A**HATS THAT ARE DECEPTIVE.
THEN HE GETS MAD AND SAYS THAT I am taking it personal when this is business because I asked him to STOP saying that "the loan You took out is delinquent from 2020" " because you didn't pay on the loan" "because You gave a fraudulent account for them to debit payment"...don't say I did anything because I don't know what your talking about.
He then states he couldn't tell me when I opened the account, but had I made my payments then the complaint from the loan place would show that(I'm thinking why would you call me if my account wasn't delinquent for you to bring it up?
Then goes on a tirade telling me I'm wrong. Because I asked him questions about his company and if the loan company "TRIED TO CONTACT ME MULTIPLE TIMES,FROM 2020?, Why HAVENT I RECEIVED LETTER,EMAILS,TEXTS, NOR A LAWYERS LETTER FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT YET YOU SAY THAT WHEN I PAY YOU TODAY, YOU CAN GIVE ME ALL THE "LAWYERS PAPERS/RECEIPT/SIGNATURES ON COMPLAINT TODAY,RIGHT OVER THE PHONE...TOPD ME THAT THATS NOT WHAT THEY DO THERE(SENDING ME A LAWYERS LETTER FOR THE DEBT OWED) HE SAYS, THAT I am NOT going to tell him his job, yet it is ok for you to tell me what I didn't do and how I HAVE to do something...eff youuu,..BUT why do these people have my social security number and tried to get me to verify my place of employment...hope no one gets scammed.

First Source Mediation Scam

I returned the call, wondering what it was about, the guy did not identify himself but said I was named in a complaint. He wanted to verify my income and place of business. I laughed and he got upset, and said he will continue to harass me daily until I pay. i said I know this is a scam, and he said again that he will harass me until I pay and then hung up on me, so yeah a scam. A professional mediation company would never behave this way.

Kate Taylor and Mr. West- First Source Mediation Group

I have received numerous calls from Mr. West at First Source Mediation Group. Initially, I spoke with them during a traumatic time in my life and gave up my debit card because of the scare tactic of being arrested and wage garnishments. After life settled down for me, I did some research. The address in Florida they used has not heard of them, the 443-837-7266 number is a Google number that is then forwarded to a 941 exchange which is a cell phone. I cancelled my card, did not lose any money but this is a SCAM. The payday loan company that I am supposed to owe, is an advertising company. I will have to go to court. I currently owe $970 but if I settle for $470, I can save fees.

Scam I think

Left me a voicemail saying I was going to be served papers for not complying if I didn’t allow them to get my signature on papers within 48 hours and left no info on who they were. They never said my name in the voicemail though but being served was scary enough for me to call back. When I did the man was kind of low on who they were so I recalled and still couldn’t hear what he said. I said I was just contacted and was wondering who they were and he said first source mediation. Then asked if I was someone else and I said no and he said ok wrong number then hung up.

Rude people

I call the number after my wife received five phone calls in a row from them and I had noticed that I had a missed call from them as well. When I called back and asked who it was they said First Source media I said what's your name and she said I just told you what is your name sir I said I'm not giving you my information until I know what this is regarding screamed at me I said good luck with the judge have a nice day

They contacted me today telling me i owe $680 for a payday loan and if I didn’t pay it now then i was going to be served papers and have to go to court on the 30th of this month and would have to pay over $2000 after interest feed and court costs and it was scary because they have my name and address and social security number but there was info they had wrong like my d.o.b. And who i was supposedly working for and the institution i supposedly banked at. I did not and will not send them money, i will take my chances with the judge on the 30th because im convinced its a scam.

I was contacted by these phone number as saying they are a third party collecting funds from a payday loan from 2017 I contacted the original company and was told I never signed up or revived funds from them as well the company they called me saying I owed was First source mediation and that I owe $700 but I can settle for $350 if not I will be sent to court and will have to pay court cost and fees as well below are the phone numbers used to contact me as well
