Company called and had my name and an old address. They said according to a Wellness form, I had reported having pain. They had a pain cream they were going to send me free of charge and my insurance would take care of it. When I asked any questions on how they got my information they just replied with “on the wellness form”. They wouldn’t answer any questions about their business. They just wanted to enough info to bill the insurance. I, my doctor, and my insurance have not requested any such pain cream nor put out my personal info to anyone. This is all about scamming insurance companies.
