Received a bill for 87.77 for credit card fee. I have never applied /received this card, or need a credit card of this type. It is a card for individuals who have bad credit and has a insignificant credit limit.

Apply online at mypremiercard.com and get approved. But you have to pay a $95 “Program Fee”. They say they send your card but it doesn’t arrive. You call and they say they won’t send a replacement until the Program Fee is paid. How do I know they aren’t just saying they sent the card but didn’t, then con you into paying the $95, and then I never get a card from them?
