When he got billed, he refused to pay, questioned each and every charge, said that he didn't order the services that we provided, said that the time wasn't really spent (when I have time sheets and witnesses for most of the time) and ran out of state leaving nothing behind to indicate where he went so he could avoid creditors.
I paid many sub-contractors to work on his assignments and failed to get paid anything at all from him. All I got were promises, lies, and misrepresentations from Carlos Ruiz.
