The person called twice, and I woke up and answered at 5:24 a.m. When I told him that I could not unable to understand (his thick Filipino accent) him, he said he’d transfer me to his supervisor. The second person had an accent that was not as thick. He asked for my birthdate and (when he found out that I was 76) he asked if I had someone who has my Power of Attny. (Not at this time.) He asked what my credit limit was. I wasn’t sure. He asked how my name was written on my Card. I said it had my middle initial. He said he would fix my card and sent me:a # to confirm Xe Fund Transfer. He told me that they’d send me my money back. I checked the Xe Support online and it looks legit. He put me on hold for quite a while. He thanked me and said he would send me my new card and I should receive it in 2-6 days. I asked for his name and he said it was Brian/Bryan Harrison.
