I was shopping for a loan online. I got a call form First Financial, it wa a woman, who switched me to a man. He has an Indian accent. He said he can get me a $3000 loan for 24 months at $130 a month. He says he is going to deposit $400 into my account, which I am to withdraw and send back to him, then he will deposit the loan.

They call me about once a week and leave the same voicemail saying "I'm calling on the behalf of " debt collector" and if we do not hear from you within 24 hours were going to pursue legal action in your state and county". It's always the same but if you answer the phone there's nobody on the line and the call ends within a few seconds. They also do the same exact thing to my mother and neither of us have any outstanding debt

This number has been calling for a few days and I have never answered. Today they started calling at 5:20 am and I finally answered the call at 1pm. They asked for me by name and asked if i was looking for a loan and have been pre approved. When I asked to remove my number from their calling list, the guy on the other line started to mumble "do you want to [censored] with me?" He asked the question twice before he hung up.

I applied for an online loan. Some guy called me and offered me a loan of $750 but first I had to send $200. I refused, stated that I was no longer interested and hung up. Since 12/21/15, this company has called me everyday at least 4-5 calls per day. I have advised that i'm not interested and repeatedly asked them to no longer contact me. Today, I informed them that I was calling the police, and reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and they guy informed me that he was going to come to my house in 2 hours and [censored] me really hard and tear me into pieces. He threatened that if I had children, that he would kill them.

I received a call from someone, saying there business name was "First Financial", saying that I could get loan for up to $10000.00. I have been trying to get a loan for a while now, so I chose to ask for $2000.00. They then told me that the minimum loan I could get was $3000.00, and that I would have to purchase the $250.00 insurance to protect me if something happened to where I would miss a payment. Something told me to check to see if they were accredited by the "BBB" and this is where I found other scam reports about them. I did not lose any money, but they do have my name and social, in which I feel very uncomfortable about. The number was (614)907-4226, and they told me when I get the $250, to call (614)907-4221, supposedly their "finance department". WATCH OUT!!!!

Consumer received email offering him a loan. Consumer called them and asked for a $6,000. They told him first they would give him a loan for $2,500. They offered to send him the funds electronically to his bank account and then he was to send back $1,800 via Money Gram so it will look good on record and then he would get the $6,000 loan. Consumer provided routing #, checking account #, Bankcard # and his User Id and Password to his online baking account. Then consumer sent the $1,800 via Money Gram. Afterwards the consumer realized it was not a good idea and went to his bank to cancel his account. In the long run, the bank closed his accounts and consumer now owes the bank $2,500.00

I received a call from a First Financial claiming they were a loan company and that I had been pre-approved for a $2,500.00 loan but I had to send them $250 for a EPPI, some sort of payment protection insurance. They asked me to verify some personal information which they already had such as address, social security number, driver's license number, e-mail address and date of birth and I'm not even sure how they already had my personal information.

- Charleston, SC, USA
