Continuesly calling from different numbers claiming that he (same voice each time) is collecting on a debt which I don't owe or have any knowledge of. The last call he claimed to be law enforcement and was threatening arrest. I told him okay, no problem. You can have me arrested. I'll wait.

They spam call everyday and leave messages saying that they want to offer me a debt settlement of 50% off my balance. They use the wrong name for me, plus I actually don't have any debts outstanding. The ScamPulse.com website says first financial group is a non-existent business, but when you call the 240-334-6107 phone you get a voicemail for a Karen with a phone number of 404-382-6638. This has to be a scam trying to collect money for debts that don't exist

They are calling my work phone and asking for me by my old maiden name that I have not used for over 15 years and I don’t have any collections or bad debts whatsoever. It’s harassment and embarrassing!

Yesterday we got a phone call from someone saying that they were trying to collect a debt for City or Citi Financial from my husband. When my husband talked to them they verified his full name and dob. After that he turned the phone over to me and I hung up. The phone # that came across my phone was 608-729-5861. I notified Citi Bank and emailed their fraud division. Today I got another phone call and this time I let the answering machine pick it up. This time the phone # that came across my ID screen was 608-729-5081. This is what the female voice said, "This is a documented attempt to reach you regarding a matter in our office. We are in a process of pursuing this matter govern within the laws of your state. Please press 1 to speak with one of our claim specialists immediately or you may return our call at 404-382-6759. Please note that this is a very time sensitive matter and your cooperation is required." Then it gave a claim number that was spoken by a male voice that was slightly hard to understand.

I did not give out any ss #s or account #s.

I did look up the 404 number and it came back to First Financial Group out of Atlanta, GA. You guys have been dealing with them already, but apparently they haven't stopped. We have never had an account with them.

I appreciate any help in getting them to stop this fraudulent phone scam.
