The name of the broker who handled the trip is named Elijah Pennix!!!! He originally lived in New Jersey but then moved to Atlanta, Georgia from what we've been told. He was supposed to book flights and hotel for a trip to Haiti for a group of 11 people. The trip was supposed to take place June 6th through June 13th. It is now May 23rd less then a week and a half before the trip is supposed to take place and nothing has been done. 4 people have receive their ticket out of the 11 and when the broker was contacted he never responded back and stopped responding to calls. He was contacted by several different people and when one person finally got through he stated "It is trail and error and no refund will be given" We never got the service we paid for and he refuses to give our money back. Money does not grow on trees and it hurts that a group of hard working young adults have gotten robbed like this. Part of the money was cash app and the other part of the money was sent via western union. We are owed about $10,673.00 in total. We want a refund since our service we payed for was never given nor provided.
