Made an inquiry online for moving company, and out of all the returned calla this guy was the only one that seemed to have everything together. Said i needed to pay a 450 dollar fully refundable deposit to lock in my rate. Sounded too good to be true. Guy gave me his DOT number and education on movers vs brokers, the whole nine. Tried to zellenthe money twice to him , luckily my bank rejected it both times.

These people scammed me out of additional money, refused to unload my belongings until I paid $400 over the agreed upon price, left half my belongings at my old location without telling me, broke items and hid them, and refused to process the insurance claim for the damaged items.
