Received initial call this morning for the "Billing Department" stating that I had an outstanding YP bill, I reviewed my vendor accounts and did not have anything outstanding and I did not have any accounts with YP. I asked to see an invoice, after several minutes of explaining that we do not have an account with that company nor do we owe them any money for ANYTHING EVER. I again requested a copy of bill be sent via fax for review.

I again received a call several hours later from an "Account Supervisor" explaining that payment had not been received for the payment arrangement I had made previously this week. I told her that I had not made payment arrangements, that we did not have an account and I had only spoken to the "Billing Department" a few hours ago and I had requested a copy of any bills and contracts for review before any payments or further discussion would take place and gave her my email.

Finally received a very generic invoice no description of services, dates of service only an amount and where to fax a copy of the check for payment!

First Choice Systems contacted us today claiming that we had an outstanding invoice that needed paid. I informed them that I had never heard of them and we never received an invoice from them. They stated that they could not tell me who it was from our company that authorized their services, other than it was a verbal contract with someone that occurred last February. I informed them that I screen all of the calls and I am in charge of all billing. I went on to let them know I have no record of their company in any of my files. They stated that for the past year they have provided a SEO service where our company will appear first on all web browsers. I politely told them that we never authorized their service and this was the first we had heard of this. After the call, they sent an email with an invoice for $995.00. Clearly, this is a scam as no one authorized their services and they couldn't provide a name of a person who verbally agreed to their services.

I received a call to our business from someone who spoke very fast telling us we had an outstanding balance for a yellowpages listing. They said we cancelled our advertising and have a balance owed of $895.50. I told them I was not familair with them and have never received an invoice. I asked them to please invoice me via email. I never received an invoice and they called a week later again trying to collect a "Past due balance". I once again told them I have no received an invoice and They now said they were calling from "First Choice Systems" When i look the company up on Google their website states they are an IT company. They have called our business about 8 times a day trying to collect this fictional balance. I eventually had to have their number blocked.

I received a call from First Choice Systems stating I owed them roughly $1250 on advertisement. I have never heard of this company first of all, secondly I would never sign up for advertisement if I know it is going to cost over $1k.

Now I am receiving phone calls stating if I do not pay immediately they will charge me a "finance charge of 1.5%". As well as to make the payment over the phone so I can avoid these charges.

Any further assistance from the ScamPulse.com will be helpful. I would like to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

My business has received numerous calls from this “company” claiming we owe them back payment for online advertising (which we don’t use). All numbers are international, and the 800 number for the company automatically disconnects.
