Initial contact was by phone from Ryan Long | TS&R Realty Broker asking if we still owned a timeshare and did we wish to sell. They ask for the details of the timeshare so that they can offer a resale price to you. once you accept their offer they say they will connect you with someone who handles those kinds of sales. I was passed off to Mr. Zachary Altman at First American Family Escrow in Baltimore, MD at

805 Aliceanna St., Suite 1010, Baltimore, MD 21202. Phone number is P:410-469-1235 F: 410-305-7457. Mr. Altman over a period of time tells you you need to pay certain amounts of money to Mexico to cover Mexico's fees for taxes and other things required by Mexico in order r to sell your timeshare. You, the owner make these payments through wires sent from your bank account to Mexico. Once in Mexico all that money disappears and cannot be found. Never to be seen by you again. When selling a timeshare , please do your research to be sure it is a repeatable company. There is a minimum of 6 other complaints of this scam company in the last two years.
