We are in escrow, using a title company. An email was sent asking to wire money. Someone knew we are closing tomorrow. Email said: "To avoid closing delay, you're to wire $102,345 (cash to close) this morning. Any excess funds will be refunded to you in form of a cashier check at closing. You will need to have a photo ID and another form of ID to closing (passport, credit card, SS Card, etc.). Please reply this email to confirm, so I can provide you with our TRUST wiring instructions."
