I saw a picture of Christie Brinkley putting cream on Dr. Oz and clicked on it as I was looking for a face cream and trust these individuals. Turns out these individuals do not endorse this cream or company but I didn't know that. They claimed that if I paid the shipping of $4.95 I'd get to sample the cream. So I expected a sample size. When it arrived it I saw that it was a full size jar. I looked at the ingredients and there were so many chemicals listed which confused me as I thought Christie Brinkley was a vegan and very healthy. Anyway, I decided to google the cream and someone had posted a warning that it was a scam and that you needed to return the cream within 15 days or they'd charge your account the full $86. then and continue to send you monthly shipments at that price. If this was somewhere on their initial marketing I missed it so it must have been very small. I called the company (you need to get an RMA # before you can send it back and a very confusing automated system says that you can keep the cream and they'll just charge you $36 instead of $86. Well I must have hit the wrong button because by the time a person came on the phone they said that I was already charged and there was nothing I could do about it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were in a meeting and would call me back within 24 hours. No one called. This is a ridiculous scam and I'm appalled that they can get away with this.
