I am the general manager of the company VALSER in Lima PERU. We also suffered from fraud on the part of FIREWALL LLC. We made the purchase of fire valves in the month of January. We transferred 50% of the total invoice for the start of manufacturing. We deposited 5o%. for the delivery of the valve but so far they have not delivered the valve now Mr. TONY BOLTON does not answer the phone or the emails THE COMPANY FIREWALL LLC ARE SCAMMERS WE HOPE THAT IT DOES NOT FOOL ANY MORE COMPANIES THAT JUST WANT TO WORK WE HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS..

They are running scams as a company established in Virginia. They pretend to be a company that sells UL / FM fire valves, but once you pay them, they do not deliver the materials. Then they stop answering your emails and calls.

My name is Bruno Castedo, general manager of the company BELCAS SRL, my purpose of this email is to prevent and inform the authorities that certain individuals pose as companies legally established in Virginia, in order to defraud customers all over the world. . Investigating the matter I am not the only one affected.

I ask you to put a stop to this abuse and to shut down or notify this company that does nothing more than defraud both US and foreign companies.

I am enclosing a copy of my emails with this provider, the SWIFT DOCUMENT proof of payment and also the supposed invoice that this company gives me. Supposedly 3 months ago this company had to deliver the UL FM valves to our warehouses in Miami but they never did, they do not answer emails or calls.

You call the company and only the RECEPTIONISTS answer, sometimes they call themselves SHAARON or Sherry, they are accomplices of this scam. But when it's to pay them they refer you to TONY without a problem, but after that TONY or ASHRAF YACOUT disappears like a COWARD without answering the phone once

Please join all of us affected so that these THIEVES cannot SCAM anyone else in this life

This complaint contains acquiescence and slander. This customer had a delay in the delivery of his goods due to Covid 19 restriction ,and his money was refunded upon his request and attached Swift payment in which the refund was made and proof that FireWall is not scammer
