There is a person by the name of Mike call from a 1-650-487-**** talking about upgrading my service again with Firewall Security. I would answer and then hang up. They will call back to back yelling and threaten to debit my account. I called from my house phone and was told to complete a form to disactivate my account. I asked for them to verify my email address. They did just that. Then I asked for them to verify the last 4 of my card. They did not do that. Once I disconnect the call they kept calling me back to back.
