I applied for a credit card through the firestone website to get tires for my wifes car. I was sent an email saying that i was approved but when i went to use the account today they said it was closed. I called cfna customer service and they said that it was under fraud investigation even though the account had never been used and the rep kept asking me to send a copy of the front and back of my driver's license and refused to tell me why
