Purchased a handgun on December 14, 2020, received an automated confirmation. However, began reading about these criminals on the web and contacted google pay directly. Now working with Mastercard for a refund. Spent $195.00. Website is gone, phone number is gone. I suspect they will resurface in the future and do this scam all over again.

Ordered a Taurus TX22 and thru Zelle paid $172 to their email address. Getting no where with this order. Can I report this scam artist to the FCC or some other agency? Any suggestions?

Type of a scam Online Purchase

ordered item from website and had to pay with google pay PIDA! They received payment and claimed they shipped the order. Then claimed they sent it to my home instead of the FFL dealer address and now I needed to send them an extra $1000 that would be refundable from the dealer when I went to pick up my order, NOT! I called the dealer and asked if they had ever heard of this practice and they were not.

I have tried to cancel the order and they keep insisting only the $1,000 can remedy the issue. Scam

The is fraudulent operation. The advertise guns well below MSRP and other dealers which is how they hook you purchase. They want a Google pay or PayPal transfer of funds, so it is person-to-person and cannot be retrieved from your financial institution. Hope they get caught and get what they deserve.

I was interested in a firearm and search the internet and found firearms-online.com the company advertised the gun I wanted and I proceeded to purchase the item, after they secured this transaction they would get back to me via email to give me a tracking number and a date of delivery, well they secured the funds and never got back to me after repeated attempts to contact them to find out about my order I could not reach them all communication stopped the phone numbers they give you goes to voice mail nobody calls you back no return reply you get on their web site go to chat with Brenda you get no response firearms-online.com not a good company

I spent 364 dollars called the number no answer tried chatting they keep telling me Monday I will receive tracking asked for a confirmation email they refuse to send it plus I have emailed several times no response I paid with Google pay with my debit card who do I need to report to the bank or Google pay

I keep asking for confirmation they told me my payment was received but every time I ask for email with confirmation they won't give me a response I paid with Google pay can I dispute with them or do I dispute with my bank I want my money back please help

Website: Firearms-online.com is a total scam. They require Bitcoin, even when someone attempts to use a credit card. Every review says the customer has not received their product after paying. Customer service is non existent. This can’t go on. Week after week, a review says they have sent money but have not received their product. Please look into this if you can.

ordered item from website and wasn't sent. Contacted them and they said they received the payment and my order was processing. 1 week later contacted for status and they said payment was not received and to send another payment. Scam
