Scammers DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I had the same experience as those above. I paid with a credit card only to have them say that their bank was not processing orders with credit cards. The email said I had to pay with paypal "friends and family" option only and then send them a screenshot of the paypal order. I did so. As soon as i hit send paypal sent me a notice and informed me that the recipient did not have a paypal account and so the money was waiting but as soon as they open one they will be able to collect the money. I thought it strange that a company had a paypal address to send money to because their bank was not processing cc but they have neglected to even setup a paypal account to receive orders. this made me go online and do a scam search. Sure enough I found this site and others that warn against this company. I called paypal and this is where i learned that paypal does not protect you when sending money to family and friends. Only on orders or purchases. This loophole is why the Scammers say to send it family and friends. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The paypal representative alerted me to the fact the my money had not been transferred yet because the Firearms Kings evidently weren't aware that their account had probably be flagged by paypal. This allowed me to go to the transaction page and "cancel" the sending of the money. I breathed a sigh of relief. Not more than 3 minutes after i did that Firearms Kings sent me a letter saying that their account was up and running and to resend the money. they said paypal must have been down but all was good now. I was lucky this time.

I made an online purchase using credit card on Sept. 27,2021. Few hours later I got an email that "their management made a decision to not process credit card" and that I need to complete the purchase using Paypal. I was given a detailed instruction to follow and to use Paypal "Friends and Family" to the acct of [email protected]. I'm then supposed to send a screenshot of the payment to Sophia Davis. After doing all that they gave a a run around and finally not getting communication at all. I got suspicious so I checked Better Business Bureau for reviews and there it is, they have been doing this modus operandi to many people. Paypal does not cover the loss because it was not made as a purchase but a money transfer.

I (luckily) did not pay for a firearm purchase in the manner that they wanted. I originally paid with my credit card for the firearm and received an email stating that my order was received and was being processed. Shortly thereafter, I received another email stating that the management just made the decision to stop taking credit card payments and then gave instructions to use PayPal and to pay using the friends and family 'only' as the choice to pay. The email address I was supposed to use was very suspect ([email protected]) for the friends and family method. At that point, I chose to cancel my order as there was way too many red flags that popped up with this company. I also tried calling (twice) with no answer. The FFL dealer that I was using to handle the required background check, etc., also tried calling with no one answering. The outgoing message was not even a business message and simply stated that the person I was trying to reach was unavailable now and to try back later. I see from some other complaints that have been reported that most of those people were ripped off. It is certainly unfortunate that these types of businesses can get away with these types of operations. I hope they get caught and are punished severely. I also wish luck to those that have been taken and hope they can get their money returned. I also did inform my credit card company of the fraud potential as this company does have my credit card information. Hopefully, the ScamPulse.com can help to put these scammers out of business.
