I purchase a pair of sneakers online from this website via Facebook, received a text/email stating that I would receive another when my product was shipping out along with an order number. I waited approximately 3 weeks and reached out through social media, website, email and Shopify whom the business is powered through. Shopify put through an investigation form. In the meantime, I contacted my credit card company and processed a dispute so that they didn’t get any money from the transaction.
