I ordered an advent calendar from their website online. I ordered it in mid November and did not receive it until December 30. I emailed multiple times asking for information as to where my shipment was. They responded back by telling me that they were looking into it. When I finally did receive the product the advent calendar was pretty much destroyed several of the windows were broken open and the packaging was ripped. The figures that were included were not in from the description on the website and there were not 24 of them there were only nine. I emailed my complaint to the company and all they said was my order wasn’t supposed to contain any figures. I called the phone number that was listed on their website and it turns out to be a phone number from someone who is not affiliated with the company in anyway. Her voicemail message states that somehow this company has gotten a hold of her phone number and she keeps getting these types of phone calls and she herself has also been scammed by this company.
