I ordered a product at a discounted price which seems to be authentic when I placed the order through an ad in facebook. They went by the name of finypcom. They sell Hyrdo Flask products. When it arrived, everything that I ordered was incorrect, unsanitary (hair in the bottle) and counterfeit.

I tried to contact the merchant but no response and you're not able to send a message from their website. See attached image.
