Received an email stating that a subscription has been renewed and we have been charged 378USD ( as was stated in the email), giving an order number product name (Protection 360) and traction date. It. also stated to upgrade/cancel your subscription contact our customer service desk. signed by Timothy Pennington, Marketing and Sales, 24050 Northwestern Hwy Suthfield, MI 48075. I called this number asking how this product was paid for, but could not get an answer, (very evasive). When I requested that it be canceled, I was told that I had to complete a form that would be emailed to me with all my account information, but he could not tell me which account had be charged. When I said that I thought that this was a scam and threatened to call the police he hung up.
